Final Update: ORDERS SHIPPED! + Tie Shirt

Great news! For those of you who filled out your surveys, your sock and tie orders have shipped a week ahead of schedule and should be arriving in the next couple days (unless you've received them already!).
Be sure to keep us posted on social media using #TYSKickstarter! We would LOVE to see all the places you'll go in your classy new socks and ties.
For those of you who haven't filled out the survey yet, you can use the survey recovery tool to recover your survey: https://tie-your-socks.backerkit.com/. We'll ship your products shortly after you complete the survey.
Second, tie shirts. Unfortunately, the tie shirts will not be made. We are very sorry, the manufacturers threw us a curve ball at the last minute and we couldn't go through with production. To make up for it, we'd like to give you 5 pairs of socks from any of our existing products (including Twisting Stripes and Dancing Paisley). Look for a separate email soon that you can respond to with your choice of socks. Again, we really apologize, we were hoping to sport them ourselves!
Since this is probably the last update, thanks again for everyone's support. You've all been incredible and very easy to work with. We hope you've had as much fun as we've had along the way.
We can't wait to see you sporting your new combos on social media!

Last call for surveys!

Happy Saturday, backers!
Last call for surveys! The last day to complete them will be Friday, April 21 (a week from yesterday). After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
We're still planning on sending out the ties and socks by April 30. In fact, the dancing paisley ties and bowties are complete! The Twisting Stripes necktie is also complete. The only thing we're waiting on is the Twisting Stripes bowtie, which should be done in the next couple days and air-freighted to us.
Unfortunately, the tie shirts will be slightly delayed, hopefully no later 3-4 weeks. To make up for the delay, if you're a tie shirt backer and would rather have 5 pairs of our awesome bamboo socks instead of the tie shirt, we'd be more than happy to do that instead. If this is something you're interested in and you have already backed us with the tie shirt reward, please email us at [email protected].
Thanks again for your support and being so responsive to the BackerKit survey! Locking down the surveys next week will give us a week to package up your orders and send them to your doorstep by the end of the month. Socks have arrived + survey update

Happy Saturday, Backers!
The socks have arrived! Check them out below... all 3,000 of them! We couldn't have done this without you. Thanks again. Ties are in production now, so we should still be on track to ship your rewards by the end of next month. There's a small chance it could bleed into the first week or two in May, but we're doing all we can to make sure that doesn't happen.
Thanks to all of you who have already filled out your survey. For those who still need to fill it out, let us know if the rest of you are running into any issues or need the email resent. The survey only takes a couple minutes to complete (if you've already decided which combination you'd like!).
As always, reach out to us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. We'll check back in a couple weeks or so.

Surveys Going Out Today

Hey backers, our surveys are ready for you! You should get an email from BackerKit in the next hour or so with a special link and instructions on how to fill it out.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.
If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact us at [email protected]
We can't wait to see what the hottest tie and sock combo is... :)

Survey Update

Hello backers!
It's been two weeks since our campaign ended and we have been hard at work getting everything ready to ship by the end of next month; everything is rolling as expected. The socks are actually already on a ship and should arrive by the end of this month! The ties aren't quite that far yet, but they're faster to create than socks, so shipping everything by the end of April still looks very doable.
We're really excited to send these awesome products to you, but we need to know which ones you want first! Look out for a survey email from a company called Backerkit early next week (Monday/Tuesday). We'll post another update the day we plan on sending the survey as a reminder. You will not need to create an account on Backerkit to answer the survey; it's simply a very straightforward, easy-to-use tool that will help us process your rewards as quickly as possible.
If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can just message us and give us your information, but answering your survey will help us get your rewards out to you quicker. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process.
If you used Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you'd prefer to use, please message us.
